After purchasing with us, you can pay and collect your goods in several ways. Choose the option that is most convenient for you. For purchases over 1999 CZK, we will deliver the goods within the Czech Republic for free (regardless of your chosen method of transport and payment).
You can pick up the purchased goods at one of our two locations (Hradec Králové and Chrudim), and you can pay either on the spot in cash or by card, or in advance on account. Shipping to the premises is free of charge.
Personal collection is also possible at the wholesale warehouse in Opatovice nad Labem (Vesna area), where payment is possible only in cash.
You will pay the goods directly to the carrier when you hand over the parcel. Packages are sent via DPD (to business addresses) and Záslikovna. DPD usually delivers the goods within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic. Depending on the time of receipt of your order, we will hand over the goods for shipment the same day, but no later than the next working day if all items in the order are in stock.
After receiving your order, our staff will check the availability of the goods and then you will be sent an email with the payment details. If there is any problem with the availability of the goods, our staff will contact you by phone as soon as possible. We will dispatch the goods immediately after the money is credited to our account.
